What we collect

When you submit a form (VIP or party booking, event or general inquiry, partner interest, entertainer interest), we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, requested date, party details, and your message. Our entertainer application form also includes an optional file upload and asks for your birthdate, which we use solely to confirm you meet our 21+ eligibility requirement — no other public form on this site collects date of birth. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and coordinate your booking with the venue you selected.
• To contact you about your inquiry (that's the checkbox you tick).
• Text messages only if you separately and clearly opt in — and never before our SMS program is live.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't share it outside the venue team handling your request and the specific service providers listed below.

Who else sees it

Certain forms (currently our entertainer application, guest list, and select event-interest forms) send your contact information to GoHighLevel, the CRM we use to manage those inquiries — not every form connects to it. Email notifications are delivered through SendLayer. Our website is hosted by Kinsta, which also provides automated protection against bot traffic. Wisconsin and Kentucky requests are tagged by venue so the right team handles yours.

Analytics & cookies

This site sets one cookie, _sbp, used by our hosting provider to detect automated bot traffic — it doesn't identify you personally. If you use our accessibility options panel, your preferences are saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. We use Google Tag Manager, run server-side, to track website interactions like form starts and submissions, which may include sharing limited, non-identifying event data with Google and Meta for advertising and analytics measurement.

Retention & your choices

Booking inquiries are retained for business records; you may request access to or deletion of your information at any time via the Contact page or by calling your venue. We honor verifiable requests consistent with applicable state law.
