Two very different things: W-2 staff employment with the clubs, and independent entertainers who perform on their own terms.
Staff Positions
W-2 employment at both clubs — bartenders, barbacks, door, security, management, and operations. This is the staff/employment application.
Perform at Lux
Independent entertainers 21+ audition and perform at both clubs under their own contract. Entertainers work for themselves — this is not employment or a job application. Auditions are arranged personally by the venue team.
